CHALLENGE

APPROACH & SOLUTION
Conceptualized and built the KJ Signature category from the ground up, leading both product and brand development.
Designed collections end-to-end, developing prints, silhouettes, and garments from concept through sampling, fittings, and final production.
Managed artisans, suppliers, and production timelines to ensure quality, scalability, and commercial viability.
Simultaneously developed the brand identity and campaign, directing art direction, styling, and visual storytelling to bring the category to market.
